If this was easy, everyone would do it

Some weeks are just tough. No reason. No trigger. You wake up and the doubt is already there — am I doing the right thing? Am I delusional? Then other weeks you feel untouchable, like everything is clicking. It's like chasing a high. The highs get harder to reach, and the lows become more frequent.

The most important thing is to keep showing up. Keep improving. Keep working. Keep optimistic, even when it's dark.

I thought the managed agents play was going to be the answer. Managed services — the best of consulting and products combined. Turns out, it's actually the worst of both. Clients treat you like a consultant but pay for a product. You get squeezed from both sides.

Lesson learnt quickly. You're either a consultancy or a product. There's no middle ground. What I need to do now is separate the business between those two revenue streams, and make every product completely self-service. No hand-holding. No hybrid.

Costly learning, but an important one. Now to continue. Many mountains to climb.
