Most of my day is still manual, me prompting agents across the business. Most of our autopilots are agents we provide to clients through our platform. The next step is to turn our own operations into autopilot, using our system to build our system.
It is a scary step. You will always be the bottleneck. And to move past that, you have to relinquish control, which for someone like me who likes to have full visibility over everything, is a significant shift. Big changes.
